Abstract
Instalacja składa się z dwóch przenośników, pierwszego przenośnika (1), drugiego przenośnika (2). Pierwszy przenośnik (1) zawiera kolejno, zgodnie z kierunkiem jego ruchu, odcinek załadunku (3) zawarty jednocześnie w przyległym do pierwszego przenośnika (1) obszarze załadunku (4), komorę odtłuszczania (5), komorę płukania (6) i komorę suszenia (7) a dalej pierwszy odcinek przeładunku (8), komorę nanoszenia emalii (9a), ewentualnie drugą komorę nanoszenia emalii (9b) za którą znajduje się drugi odcinek przeładunku (10) oraz komora mycia (11) wieszaków. Drugi przenośnik (2) zawiera kolejno, zgodnie z kierunkiem jego ruchu, począwszy od trzeciego odcinka przeładunku (13), czwarty odcinek przeładunku (15) a dalej znajduje się piec (17), za którym znajduje się komora chłodzenia (18). Dalej znajduje się odcinek rozładunku (19) należący do przylegającego do drugiego przenośnika (2) obszaru rozładunku (20). Przed odcinkiem rozładunku (19) znajduje pierwszy czujnik (21) a za odcinkiem rozładunku znajduje się drugi czujnik (22). W pierwszym obszarze przeładunku (12) zainstalowany jest pierwszy robot (23), zaś w drugim obszarze przeładunku (14) zainstalowany jest drugi robot (24).The installation consists of two conveyors, the first conveyor (1) and the second conveyor (2). The first conveyor (1) comprises successively, in the direction of its movement, a loading section (3) simultaneously contained in the loading area (4) adjacent to the first conveyor (1), a degreasing chamber (5), a washing chamber (6) and a drying chamber ( 7) and then the first reloading section (8), the enamel application chamber (9a), possibly the second enamel application chamber (9b) followed by the second reloading section (10) and the washing chamber (11) of the hangers. The second conveyor (2) comprises successively, in the direction of its movement, starting from the third transhipment section (13), a fourth transhipment section (15), and then there is a furnace (17), followed by a cooling chamber (18). Next is the unloading section (19) belonging to the unloading area (20) adjacent to the second conveyor (2). There is a first sensor (21) before the unloading section (19) and a second sensor (22) after the unloading section. A first robot (23) is installed in the first reloading area (12) and a second robot (24) is installed in the second reloading area (14).
