Abstract
Piec próżniowy do nawęglania niskociśnieniowego (LPC), składa się z trzech szeregowo ze sobą połączonych komór procesowych. Wyposażona w komorę grzejną (4) pełniąca rolę próżniowej śluzy załadowczej pierwsza komora procesowa (1), przeznaczona do podgrzewania konwekcyjnego wsadu (1a) w atmosferze powietrza, np. w zakresie do 450°C i dalej, po płukaniu próżniowym w atmosferze ciśnienia cząstkowego amoniaku i/lub azotu, w zakresie do 800°C, jest wyposażona w gazowy system grzejny (5) z użyciem gazowych rur promieniujących. Z kolei wyposażona w komorę grzejną (12) środkowa komora procesowa (10), zasadniczo przeznaczona do realizacji procesu nawęglania (LPC), jest wykonana z materiałów o niskim oddziaływaniu katalitycznym temperaturowego rozpadu węglowodorów stosowanych w metodzie nawęglania próżniowego LPC w zakresie do 1150°C, zaś jej gazowy system grzejny (13) z użyciem gazowych rur promieniujących, oddzielających system grzejny (13) od środowiska próżniowego nawęglania (LPC), jest wykonany z zastosowaniem niekatalicznych materiałów mających minimalny wpływ na temperaturowy rozpad węglowodorów stosowanych w procesie nawęglania próżniowego, natomiast trzecia komora procesowa (16) jest wyposażona w system chłodzenia przedwyładowczego, korzystnie chłodzenia olejowego w wannie hartowniczej (18).The vacuum furnace for low-pressure carburizing (LPC) consists of three process chambers connected in series. In turn, the central process chamber (10) equipped with a heating chamber (12), generally intended for the carburizing process (LPC), is made of materials with low catalytic influence of the temperature breakdown of hydrocarbons used in the LPC vacuum carburizing method in the range up to 1150 ° C, and its gas heating system (13) with the use of radiating gas pipes separating the heating system (13) from the vacuum carburizing environment (LPC), is made using non-catalytic materials having a minimal effect on the temperature breakdown of hydrocarbons used in the vacuum carburizing process, while the third chamber process (16) is equipped with a pre-discharge cooling system, preferably oil cooling in a hardening tank (18).
