Abstract
The subject of the application is an additive to drilling fluid, characterized by the fact that it is an active substance called 7-ethyl bicyclooxazolidine in combination with the active substance 4,4-dimethyloxazolidine in a 1: 1 volume ratio, which are derivatives of oxazolidine and a nano silver suspension. The application also includes a method of limiting the biodegradation of drilling mud, characterized by the fact that a drilling mud sample is taken into a sterile glass container, immediately after its preparation, and then the sample under laboratory conditions is subjected to microbiological tests using the NPL method, determining the number of aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, spores of mold and yeast fungi in 1 ml of the sampled fluid, then when the number of one of the four above-mentioned groups of microorganisms is from 102 to 104 cfu (colony forming units) in 1 ml of the fluid, the first active substance is added to the prepared polymer drilling fluid , which is 7-ethyl bicyclooxazolidine in the amount of 250 ppm and the second active substance, which is 4,4-dimethyloxazolidine, in the amount of 250 ppm, and after 2 to 4 days of using the scrubber, it is added after dissolving it in water in a volume ratio 1: 10 of a liquid formulation with nano content silver in an amount corresponding to a concentration of 100 ppm, and if the number of one of the four groups of microorganisms exceeds 104 cfu in 1 ml of fluid, then 7-ethyl bicyclooxazolidine in the amount of 400 ppm and 4, 4-dimethyloxazolidine in the amount of 400 ppm are added to the drilling fluid. as well as nano silver at a concentration of 100 ppm.
