Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wzmocnienia płaskich płyt żelbetowych z betonu lekkiego na przebicie. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że przed montażem zbrojenia głównego płyty i układaniem betonu lekkiego na deskowaniu ustawia się, centrycznie względem przekroju słupa, szalunek formujący głowice z fibrobetonu, przy czym kształt szalunku dostosowany jest do kształtu podpory i w przypadku słupów o przekroju prostokątnym stosuje się szalunek o kształcie pobocznicy ostrosłupa ściętego, natomiast w przypadku słupów o przekroju kołowym stosuje się szalunek o kształcie pobocznicy stożka lub ostrosłupa ściętego, a następnie po umieszczeniu szalunku na deskowaniu wypełnia się go fibrobetonem, po zagęszczeniu którego usuwa się szalunek poprzez uniesienie go do góry, przy czym stosuje się wysięg dolnej części głowicy poza krawędź słupa nie mniejszy niż wysokość użyteczna płyty, wysokość głowicy nie mniejszą niż 0,5 wysokości użytecznej płyty oraz kąt ostry nachylenia tworzącej pobocznicy głowicy względem powierzchni deskowania stropu.The subject of the application is a method of reinforcing flat reinforced concrete slabs of lightweight concrete for punching. This method is characterized by the fact that before the assembly of the main reinforcement of the slab and the laying of lightweight concrete on the formwork, the formwork forming the fiber concrete heads is set centrally in relation to the column cross-section, the formwork shape being adapted to the shape of the support, and in the case of columns with a rectangular cross-section, the formwork is used in the shape of the side surface of a truncated pyramid, while in the case of columns with a circular cross-section, a cone-shaped or truncated pyramid-shaped formwork is used, and then, after placing the formwork on the formwork, it is filled with fibrobeton, after which the formwork is removed by lifting it upwards, the head's lower part is extended beyond the edge of the column, not less than the useful height of the slab, the height of the head not less than 0.5 of the effective slab height and the sharp angle of inclination of the head forming side surface in relation to the ceiling formwork surface.
