Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania bioaktywnego lakieru dyspersyjnego z wykorzystaniem dyspersji wodnej żywicy akrylowej oraz nanocząstek kompozytowych Ag/Cu/Al2O3/SiO2. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że do mieszalnika zaopatrzonego w płaszcz wodny, w temperaturze otoczenia dozuje się 90,0 - 99,9% wagowych dyspersji wodnej żywicy akrylowej, otrzymanej przez polimeryzację emulsyjną monomerów, po czym zawartość podgrzewa się do temperatury od 30°C do 35°C i całość miesza się ustalając obroty mieszadła od 1500 do 2200 obr/min przez 20 do 30 minut a kolejno podczas ciągłego mieszania dozuje się kolejno przygotowaną uprzednio dyspersję nanocząstek kompozytowych Ag/Cu/Al2O3/SiO2 z izopropanolem w ilości 0,1 do 10% wagowych, korzystnie 0,5 do 5% wagowych, po czym zwiększa się obroty mieszadła od 2800 do 3000 obr/min i całość miesza się dalej przez okres od 10 do 20 min w trybie periodycznym 1 s pracy/1 s przerwy.The subject of the application is a method of producing a bioactive dispersion varnish using a water dispersion of acrylic resin and composite nanoparticles Ag / Cu / Al2O3 / SiO2.
