Abstract

Matryca składa się z dwóch części (2a, 2b) z kształtowymi powierzchniami odwzorowującymi kształt modelu użytego do wykonania powierzchni kształtowych, pomiędzy którymi mocowany jest profil zamknięty (1). Każdą część (2a, 2b) matrycy, górną i dolną, wykonuje się ze skrzynki ze sztywną podstawą (3), którą to skrzynkę wypełnia się podatnym na odkształcenie materiałem formierskim (4), którego głównym składnikiem jest osnowa z materiału ziarnistego, zwłaszcza z piasku, ulegająca zagęszczeniu i lokalnemu umocnienieniu pod wpływem deformacji plastycznej kształtowanego w matrycy profilu zamkniętego (1). Przeciwległe boki skrzynki są zaopatrzone w wycięcia do zamocowania końców profilu zamkniętego (1). The subject of the application is also a method of hydromechanical shaping of closed profiles.
