Abstract

Zestaw grzewczy zbudowany z zespołu kotła (1) dolnego spalania, zasilanego biomasą drzewną i energią elektryczną oraz z zespołu bufora (2) do zasilania instalacji c.o., cieczowych nagrzewnic, wytwarzania c.w.u. a zwłaszcza do zasilania agregatów sorpcyjnych do wytwarzania wody lodowej. Charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół kotła posiada zintegrowany z nim mały obieg cieczy grzewczej wyposażony w pierwszy zawór temperaturowy (11) otwierający się przy niższej temperaturze i drugi zawór temperaturowy (12) otwierający się w wyższej temperaturze służący do wysokotemperaturowego ładowania zespołu bufora (2). Kocioł posiada podgrzewany prądem elektrycznym moduł grzewczy (34) zainstalowany w tylnej, dolnej części komory paliwowo-gazyfikacyjnej (6) służący również do rozpalania od tyłu kotła (1). W górnej część komory spalania (7) zamocowany jest deflektor (8) posiadający elementy grzejne (4) zasilane energią elektryczną. Powietrze pierwotne (p.p.) doprowadzane do komory paliwowo-gazyfikacyjnej (6) zasysane chrapami (31) umieszczonymi na górze kotła jest podgrzewane podczas przepływu pomiędzy ścianą (32) i ścianą (39). Zestaw grzewczy może również pracować tylko przy zasilaniu energią elektryczną. In the upper part of the combustion chamber (7) a deflector (8) is attached, having heating elements (4) powered by electricity. The primary air (p.p.) supplied to the fuel and gasification chamber (6) sucked in with nipples (31) located on the top of the boiler is heated during the flow between the wall (32) and the wall (39). The heating set can also work only with electricity. The notification reduces the emission of pollutants from the boiler, in particular the emission of CO, CXHy hydrocarbons and increases its thermal efficiency.
