Abstract
Fermentator monosubstratowy do metanowej fermentacji gnojowicy charakteryzuje się tym, że jego wypełnienie stanowią pionowe rury (1) o chropowatej powierzchni, oraz posiada wspólny króciec (2) doprowadzający świeży substrat i masę fermentacyjną. Fermentator zawiera króciec wylotowy (3) biogazu połączony za pośrednictwem dmuchawy (4), zawór odwadniający biogaz (5) i króciec-wlotowy (6) biogazu z barbotką (7). Pionowe rury (1) znajdują się wewnątrz spirali grzewczej (8). W dolnej części fermentatora znajduje się króciec wylotowy (11) masy fermentacyjnej, który za pośrednictwem pompy masy fermentacyjnej (12) połączony jest z króćcem (2). Zewnętrzne powierzchnie ścian fermentatora pokryte są warstwą izolacji (13). Fermentator zawiera zawór bezpieczeństwa (14).The monosubstrate fermenter for methane fermentation of liquid manure is characterized by the fact that its filling consists of vertical pipes (1) with a rough surface, and has a common stub pipe (2) supplying fresh substrate and fermentation mass. The fermenter comprises a biogas outlet (3) connected via a blower (4), a biogas drainage valve (5) and an inlet (6) biogas with bubbler (7). The vertical pipes (1) are inside the heating spiral (8). In the bottom of the fermenter there is a discharge outlet (11) of the fermentation mass, which is connected to the connection (2) via the fermentation mass pump (12). The outer surfaces of the fermenter walls are covered with a layer of insulation (13). The fermenter contains a safety valve (14).
