Abstract

Sposób pomiaru stopnia zużycia stożkowej powierzchni gniazda rozpylacza paliwa tłokowych silników spalinowych z zapłonem samoczynnym, polegający na tym, że odbywa się za pomocą dostosowanego do pomiaru skoku iglicy rozpylaczy paliwa bezstykowego laserowego przyrządu pomiarowego (1), który w odniesieniu do skoku iglicy (3) obejmuje zakres pomiarowy od 0 milimetrów do 10 milimetrów z dokładnością do 0,01 milimetra i jest przykładany do iglicy (3) rozpylacza paliwa (4), następnie wyniki pomiarów przekazywane są poprzez przewód przesyłowy wyników pomiarów (5) do modułowego analizatora (6), zawierającego moduł rejestracji i analizy, za pomocą których - w oparciu o bazę danych parametrów wzorcowych rozpylaczy - dokonywana jest analiza, czy rozpatrywane stożkowe gniazdo kwalifikuje się do dalszej eksploatacji, naprawy lub kasacji, w tym określana jest rzeczywista twardość stożkowej powierzchni gniazda rozpylaczy paliwa.The method of measuring the degree of wear of the conical surface of the fuel atomizer seat of the reciprocating internal combustion piston engines, consisting of the fact that it is carried out by means of the contactless stroke measurement of the fuel spray nozzles of the contactless laser measuring instrument (1), which in relation to the stroke of the needle (3) includes measuring range from 0 millimeters to 10 millimeters with an accuracy of 0.01 millimeters and is applied to the needle (3) of the fuel atomizer (4), then the measurement results are transmitted via a measurement transmission cable (5) to a modular analyzer (6) containing a registration and analysis module with the help of which - based on the atomizer reference parameters database - an analysis is made as to whether the conical seat in question is eligible for further operation, repair or cassation, including the actual hardness of the conical seat surface of the fuel atomizers.
