Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są antybakteryjne ciecze jonowe z kationem 1-alkilo-1-metylo-4-piperydynoliowym i anionem (S)-migdalanowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości od 2 do 16 atomów węgla. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że bromek 1-alkilo-1-metylo-4-piperydynoliowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości od 2 do 16 atomów węgla, rozpuszcza się w metanolu, albo etanolu, albo 1-propanolu, albo 2-propanolu, po czym dodaje się sól litową albo potasową albo sodową kwasu (S)-migdałowego w stosunku molowym od 1 do 1,1, w dalszej kolejności układ poddaje się mieszaniu w temperaturze od 15 do 40°C, korzystnie 20°C, w czasie od 20 minut do 1 godziny, korzystnie 30 minut, po czym odsącza się wytrąconą sól nieorganiczną, a następnie z przesączu odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a pozostałość suszy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie cieczy jonowych jako środków antybakteryjnych.The subject of the application are antibacterial ionic liquids with a 1-alkyl-1-methyl-4-piperidinolium cation and a (S) -daldalan anion of general formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl substituent with a length of 2 to 16 carbon atoms. The application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that 1-alkyl-1-methyl-4-piperidinolium bromide of general formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl substituent with a length of 2 to 16 carbon atoms, dissolves in methanol, or ethanol or 1-propanol or 2-propanol, followed by the addition of lithium or potassium or sodium salt of (S) -maldic acid in a molar ratio of 1 to 1.1, followed by mixing at a temperature of 15 to 40 ° C, preferably 20 ° C, in 20 minutes to 1 hour, preferably 30 minutes, then the precipitated inorganic salt is filtered off, then the solvent is evaporated from the filtrate and the residue is dried. The subject of the application is also the use of ionic liquids as antibacterial agents.
