Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób hydrofobizacji betonów, który polega na tym, że miesza się składniki betonu, dodaje się wapno hydratyzowane w ilości 0,1 - 30,0% w stosunku do ilości cementu oraz dodatek funkcyjny ilości 0,1 - 40,0% w stosunku do ilości cementu, zawierający glikolan diamidoaminy w ilości 0 -100% w stosunku do sumy masy dodatku funkcyjnego, hydroksypiwalan diamidoaminy w ilości 0 - 100% w stosunku do sumy masy dodatku funkcyjnego i mleczan diamidoaminy w ilości 0 -99,9% w stosunku do masy dodatku funkcyjnego, przy czym wapno hydratyzowane, oraz dodatek funkcyjny wprowadza się albo razem ze wszystkimi składnikami betonu albo do zaczynu cementowego.The subject of the application is a method of hydrophobizing concrete, which consists in mixing concrete components, adding hydrated lime in an amount of 0.1 - 30.0% in relation to the amount of cement and a functional addition of 0.1 - 40.0% in in relation to the amount of cement, containing diamidoamine glycolate in an amount of 0 -100% in relation to the sum of the weight of the functional additive, diamidoamine hydroxypivalate in the amount of 0 - 100% in relation to the sum of the weight of the functional additive and diamidoamine lactate in the amount of 0 -99.9% to the mass of the functional additive, the hydrated lime and the functional additive being added either together with all the concrete components or to the cement paste.
