Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolumna do dystrybucji piwa beczkowego, przeznaczona do montowania na blacie kontuarów stanowiacych wyposazenie piwiarni, kawiarni, pubów i innych lokali gastronomicznych. Kolumna ze wzgledu na miejsce usytuowania moze oprócz swej zasadniczej funkcji - dozowanie piwa, pelnic role nosnika reklamowego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Postument 1 stanowia dwubarwne, miejscowo polerowane schody 2, wykonane z metalu. Na schodach 2 wsparty jest prostopadloscian 3, wykonany z drewna. Boczne scianki prostopadloscianu 3 posiadaja rowkowe zdobienia 4. Od góry na prostopadloscianie 3 jest umieszczona dwubarwna, miejscami polerowana nakladka 5, wykonana z metalu. Nakladka 5 ma ksztalt zblizony do scietego, o stopniowanych bocznych sciankach stozka. Nakladka 5 stanowi podpore dla umieszczonej pionowo blyszczacej rury 6, zaopatrzonej u góry i u dolu w pierscienie Powyzej górnego pierscienia 7 na pionowej rury 6 znajduja sie umieszczone jedna nad druga platformy 8 i 9. Platformy 8 i 9 sa uksztaltowane w formie zblizonej do odwróconego, scietego stozka, przy czym boki górnej platformy 9 sa stopniowane. Platformy 8 i 9 sa wykonane z dwubarwnego, miejscami polerowanego metalu. Na poziomej powierzchni górnej platformy 9 znajduje sie cokól 10 z wypustkami wokól górnej krawedzi i podwyzszeniem II. Na podwyzszeniu 11 cokolu 10 jest umieszczona postac ludzka 12 ubrana w ozdobny strój. Ma ona na glowie korone. Postac przytrzymuje jedna reka stylizowany krzyz, zas w drugiej rece trzyma szable.Na wysokosci nizej usytuowanej platformy 8 jest wysunieta poprzeczna rurka 13, zakonczona kranem 14. Na pionowej rurze 6, pomiedzy postumentem 1 a dolna platforma 8 jest przymocowany medalion 15. Wewnatrz medalionu 15 znajduje sie logo dowolnej firmy. Wewnatrz kolumny sa przeprowadzone trzy instalacje. Jedna instalacje stanowi rurka od pompy zamontowanej na beczce, prowadzaca zasilanie kranu, przez która plyn jest podawany cisnieniowo. Druga instalacje, dochladzania stanowi rurka miedziana. Trzecia instalacje - izotermiczna stanowi otulina. The industrial design is a draft beer dispensing column, designed for mounting on countertops in beer halls, cafes, pubs, and other catering establishments. Due to its location, the column can, in addition to its primary function of dispensing beer, also serve as an advertising medium. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the object manifests itself in the shape, color, surface properties, and decorative elements. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the column in perspective view, and Fig. 2 illustrates the column in cross-section. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, showing the column in perspective. The column for dispensing draft beer, in accordance with the industrial design, has a pedestal 1, which in a top view has a rectangular outline. Pedestal 1 consists of two-color, partially polished metal steps 2. Steps 2 support a cuboid 3 made of wood. The side walls of cuboid 3 have grooved decorations 4. A two-color, partially polished metal overlay 5 is placed on top of cuboid 3. Overlay 5 has a shape similar to a truncated cone, with stepped side walls. The overlay 5 supports a vertically placed, shiny tube 6, fitted with rings at the top and bottom. Above the upper ring 7, platforms 8 and 9 are arranged one above the other on vertical tube 6. Platforms 8 and 9 are shaped similarly to an inverted, truncated cone, with the sides of the upper platform 9 being stepped. Platforms 8 and 9 are made of two-tone, in places polished metal. On the horizontal surface of the upper platform 9 is a pedestal 10 with projections around the upper edge and a raised platform II. On the raised platform 11 of pedestal 10 is a human figure 12 dressed in decorative attire. It wears a crown on its head. The figure holds a stylized cross with one hand and a saber in the other. At the height of the lower platform 8, a transverse pipe 13 extends, ending with a tap 14. A medallion 15 is attached to the vertical pipe 6, between the pedestal 1 and the lower platform 8. Inside the medallion 15 is a company logo. Three installations run inside the column. One is a pipe from a pump mounted on a barrel, supplying the tap, through which the fluid is fed under pressure.
