Abstract

Moduł fotowoltaiczny o falowodowej transmisji światła i o zwiększonej uniwersalności jego stosowania, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się ze zlaminowanych ze sobą pierwszej zewnętrznej płaskiej tafli (2) i wewnętrznej płaskiej tafli szklanej (3) z naniesioną na nią co najmniej jedną warstwą konwertera fali elektromagnetycznej (4) tworzących razem warstwowy podzespół płaskiej płyty oraz z drugiej zewnętrznej płaskiej tafli szklanej, przy czym pomiędzy wewnętrzną płaską taflą szklaną (3) i drugą zewnętrzną płaską taflą szklaną umieszczona jest profilowa ramka dystansowa (7) połączona z nimi nierozłącznie, a obrzeże dolnej powierzchni pierwszej zewnętrznej płaskiej tafli szklanej (2) połączone jest nierozłącznie z jednym czołem profilowej ramki (9) mającej w przekroju poprzecznym kształt litery "Z", a do wewnętrznej powierzchni tej ramki oraz do bocznych ścian wewnętrznej płaskiej tafli szklanej (3) przymocowane są nierozłącznie na ich obwodach listwowe podzespoły warstwowe krzemowych ogniw fotowoltaicznych (13), a utworzony przez obie profilowe ramki (7 i 9) oraz wewnętrzną powierzchnię drugiej zewnętrznej płaskiej tafli szklanej profilowy obwodowy kanałek wypełniony jest masą uszczelniającą (19), zaś na końcu jednego dłuższego boku tego modułu osadzony jest w tej masie konektor przylegający do tej profilowej ramki (9), na której końcu wykonany jest otwór, z którego wyprowadzony jest na zewnątrz za pomocą krytych spoiwem i izolowanych taśm miedzianych biegun dodatni oraz biegun ujemny połączonych ze sobą szeregowo albo równolegle, krzemowych ogniw fotowoltaicznych (13), zaś z obu stron tego konektora wystają na zewnątrz dwa przewody elektryczne bieguna dodatniego i bieguna ujemnego.The photovoltaic module with waveguide light transmission and increased universality of its use is characterized by the fact that it consists of laminated together first external flat pane (2) and internal flat glass pane (3) with at least one layer of the electromagnetic wave converter ( 4) together forming a layered subassembly of a flat plate and a second external flat glass pane, where between the inner flat glass pane (3) and the second outer flat glass pane there is a profile spacer frame (7) inseparably connected, and the periphery of the bottom surface of the first the outer flat glass pane (2) is inseparably connected to one face of the profile frame (9) having a cross-section in the shape of the letter "Z", and the inner surface of this frame and to the side walls of the inner flat glass pane (3) are attached permanently on their periphery, slat layer components of silicon photovoltaic cells (13), and formed by both profile frames (7 and 9) and the internal surface of the second external flat glass pane, the profile peripheral channel is filled with sealing compound (19), and at the end of one long side this module is embedded in this mass a connector adjacent to this profile frame (9), at the end of which a hole is made, from which it is led out by means of binder covered and insulated copper strips, the positive pole and the negative pole connected in series or parallel, silicon photovoltaic cells (13), and on both sides of this connector two electrical wires of the positive and negative pole protrude outwards.
