Abstract
Sposób przedstawiony na rysunku wytwarzania laminatu z dzianiny i folii poliuretanowej ze strukturami elektroprzewodzącymi, w którym na stronę dzianiny przeznaczoną jako stronę wewnętrzną laminatu nanosi się klej w technologii hot-melt i łączy się dzianinę z folią poliuretanową za pomocą walców dociskowych, polega na tym, że: dzianinę, od strony na którą nanosi się klej, poddaje się przed naniesieniem kleju uprzedniej obróbce plazmą atmosferyczną; natomiast folię, od strony na którą nanosi się struktury elektroprzewodzące, poddaje się przed naniesieniem tych struktur obróbce plazmą atmosferyczną, utrzymując moc wyładowań w zakresie od 2000 do 2500 W/m2min, po czym nanosi się w technologii druku ink-jet lub sitodruku struktury elektroprzewodzące z atramentu elektroprzewodzącego opartego o nanocząstki srebra, które następnie poddaje się obróbce termicznej, podgrzewając atrament elektroprzewodzący do temperatury spiekania danego atramentu.The method presented in the drawing for the production of knitted laminate and polyurethane film with electrically conductive structures, in which the knitted side intended as the inner side of the laminate is glued with hot-melt technology and the knitted fabric is connected with the polyurethane film by pressure rollers, consists in that : the knitted fabric, from the side on which the adhesive is applied, is subjected to atmospheric plasma treatment before applying the adhesive; while the foil, from the side on which the electroconductive structures are applied, is subjected to atmospheric plasma treatment before applying these structures, maintaining the discharge power in the range from 2000 to 2500 W / m2min, after which the electroconductive structures are applied in ink-jet or screen printing technology electroconductive ink based on silver nanoparticles, which are then subjected to thermal treatment, heating the electroconductive ink to the sintering temperature of a given ink.
