Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wektor DNA, zdolny do transformacji i integracji z chromosomem Leishmania tarentolae, zawierający gen kodujący skróconą wersję BChE końskiej, pozbawioną domeny tetrameryzacyjnej, kierujący biosyntezą Otwartej Ramy Odczytu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób uzyskiwania rekombinantowych, biologicznie aktywnych białek cholinoesteraz (skrót: "ChE"), konstrukcji klonów, ekspresji genetycznej w mikroorganizmie - protozoanie Leishmania tarentolae, wektorów eksprymujących sekwencje DNA kodujące ChE i sposób ich izolowania w formie biologicznie czynnego rekombinanatowego białka na przykładzie enzymu butyrylocholinoesterazy końskiej (E.C. 3.1.1.8; skrót: "BChE") i jego pochodnych.
