Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób dekompozycji termochemicznej odpadów poliamidowych polegający na tym, że miesza się odpady poliamidowe ze środkiem depolimeryzującym, w postaci glikolu lub stosuje się środek depolimeryzujący w postaci mieszaniny glikolu i poliaminy, który podgrzewa się do co najmniej do temperatury 160°C i do tak przygotowanego środka depolimeryzującego dodaje się katalizator. Następnie partiami dodaje się rozdrobniony poliamid. Proces dekompozycji prowadzi się w temperaturze z zakresu od 180 do 220°C, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym aż do całkowitego roztworzenia się odpadu poliamidowego.The subject of the application is a method of thermochemical decomposition of polyamide waste consisting in mixing polyamide waste with a depolymerizing agent in the form of glycol or a depolymerizing agent in the form of a mixture of glycol and polyamine which is heated to at least 160 ° C and so the prepared depolymerizing agent is added to the catalyst.
