Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób łączenia stopów aluminium z nadstopami niklu, przeznaczonych w szczególności do wytwarzania elementów narzędzi pomiarowych na przykład termopar, lutami na osnowie Al-Si, w procesie lutowania miękkiego z użyciem międzywarstw tworzonych ze spoiwa o wyższej temperaturze topnienia, w którym metale (1 i 2), z których jeden stanowi nadstop niklu a drugi stop aluminium odtłuszcza się i oczyszcza się z tlenków a następnie łączy spoiwem (6) w postaci lutu, w procesie lutowania miękkiego w temperaturze w zakresie 183 ÷ 450°C charakteryzuje się tym, że przed wytworzeniem trwałego połączenia lutowanego miękkiego metali (1 i 2) na, uprzednio odtłuszczoną oraz oczyszczoną z tlenków, powierzchnię jednego z metali (1) nanosi się topnik, który następnie pokrywa się warstwą lutu, o temperaturze topnienia w zakresie 600 ÷ 830°C, która po zakrzepnięciu tworzy, naniesioną na tym metalu (1), międzywarstwę metaliczną (3), a na powierzchnię drugiego metalu (2) nanosi się w procesie galwanicznym powłokę metaliczną stanowiącą międzywarstwę metaliczną (4) drugą, przy czym przed wytworzeniem trwałego połączenia lutowanego obie międzywarstwy pokrywa się topnikiem (5).The subject of the application is a method of joining aluminum alloys with nickel superalloys, intended in particular for the production of measuring tool elements, e.g. thermocouples, Al-Si solder soldering, in the process of soft soldering using interlayers made of a binder with a higher melting point in which metals (1 and 2), one of which is a nickel superalloy and the other aluminum alloy is degreased and cleaned of oxides and then joined with a binder (6) in the form of solder, in the process of soft soldering at a temperature in the range of 183 ÷ 450 ° C is characterized by before creating a permanent joint of soldered soft metals (1 and 2) on a previously degreased and cleaned of oxides surface of one of the metals (1) is applied a flux, which is then covered with a layer of solder, with a melting point in the range of 600 ÷ 830 ° C, which, after solidification, forms the metallic interlayer (3) applied on this metal (1), a on the surface of the second metal (2), a metal coating is applied in the electroplating process constituting the metallic interlayer (4), while before making a permanent solder connection, both interlayer are covered with flux (5).
