Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytów na osnowie poliolefin, charakteryzujący się tym, że w pierwszym etapie miesza się w stanie stopionym polimeru: 60 - 80 części wagowych homopolimeru etylenu i/lub propylenu, 20 - 40 części wagowych żywicy siloksanowo-silseskwioksanowej, w skład której wchodzą silseskwioksanowe rdzenie krzemowo-tlenowe, które połączone są łańcuchami siloksanowymi o różnej liczbie jednostek siloksanowych w łańcuchu, o wzorze ogólnym, przedstawionym na rysunku, gdzie: R - atom wodoru lub grupa n-alkilowa, n = 3 do 7, A - łańcuch siloksanowy, przyłączony do narożnego atomu krzemu w klatce silseskwioksanowej. W drugim etapie do wytłaczarki wprowadza się 2,5 - 50 części wagowych tak otrzymanego koncentratu i taką ilość homopolimeru etylenu i/lub propylenu, aby zawartość żywicy siloksanowo-silseskwioksanowej w kompozycie wynosiła 0,5 - 10%, a proces wytłaczania prowadzi się w temperaturze 150 - 190°C, z szybkością zapewniającą kontaktowanie się składników w czasie nie krótszym niż 3 minuty.The subject of the application is a method of producing composites based on polyolefins, characterized in that in the first stage, the following are mixed in the molten state of the polymer: 60 - 80 parts by weight of ethylene and/or propylene homopolymer, 20 - 40 parts by weight of siloxane-silsesquioxane resin, which include silicon oxygen silsesquioxane cores, which are connected by siloxane chains with a different number of siloxane units in the chain, with the general formula shown in the figure, where: R - hydrogen atom or n-alkyl group, n = 3 to 7, A - siloxane chain , attached to the corner silicon atom in the silsesquioxane cage. In the second stage, 2.5 - 50 parts by weight of the thus obtained concentrate and such an amount of ethylene and/or propylene homopolymer are introduced into the extruder so that the content of siloxane-silsesquioxane resin in the composite is 0.5 - 10%, and the extrusion process is carried out at a temperature of 150 - 190°C, at a rate ensuring contact of the ingredients in not less than 3 minutes.
