Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób syntezy nanocząstek metali, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie otrzymuje się ekstrakt torfowy zawierający kwasy humusowe poprzez utworzenie roztworu torfu zawierającego wymienione kwasy w ilości co najmniej 5 g na 1 kg użytego torfu, w wodzie dejonizowanej w stosunku od 0,1 :1 do korzystnie 1:1 jednostek masy, wspomagając tą operację wstrząsaniem, z którego korzystnie po ogrzaniu do temperatury 90°C przez minimum 15 minut separuje się ekstrakt od nierozpuszczalnych resztek, a następnie zatęża się go najlepiej do połowy. Następnie w kolejnym etapie wprowadza się do niego rozpuszczalne w wodzie sole metali korzystnie w formie ciekłej, z których będą syntetyzowane nanocząstki, w ilości od 0,25 g do 5 g na litr ekstraktu i po wymieszaniu pozostawia się w suchym i ciemnym pomieszczeniu w celu powstania nanocząstek metalu. Korzystnym jest by jako sole do otrzymanego ekstraktu wprowadzać sól AgNO3 lub CuSO4 lub Zr(NO3)2 lub HAuCl4.The subject of the application is a method for the synthesis of metal nanoparticles, which consists in obtaining, in the first stage, a peat extract containing humic acids by creating a peat solution containing the mentioned acids in an amount of at least 5 g per 1 kg of peat used, in deionized water in a ratio of 0 1:1 to preferably 1:1 mass units, supporting this operation with shaking, which, preferably after heating to 90°C for at least 15 minutes, separates the extract from insoluble residues and then concentrates it, preferably to half. Then, in the next stage, water-soluble metal salts are introduced into it, preferably in liquid form, from which nanoparticles will be synthesized, in an amount from 0.25 g to 5 g per liter of extract and, after mixing, it is left in a dry and dark room to form metal nanoparticles. It is preferable to introduce AgNO3 or CuSO4 or Zr(NO3)2 or HAuCl4 salt as salts into the obtained extract.
