Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania naturalnych emolientów wolnych od sztucznych konserwantów, parabenów, olei mineralnych, zachowujących stabilność i bezpieczeństwo mikrobiologiczne; opartych na naturalnych, świeżych kiełkach lucerny, świeżych kiełkach koniczyny, świeżym selerze naciowym, soku z aloesu połączonym z jego miąższem oraz wykorzystujących owoce awokado; z dodatkiem kwasów hialuronowych i mleczanu sodu, witaminy E i/lub witaminy A; naturalnych olejków zapachowych i barwników; takich że: (1) - zachowują walory świeżych produktów przez okres do około 14 dni przy utrwalaniu naturalnymi konserwantami; (2) - zachowują walory świeżych produktów przez okres kilku miesięcy, zależnie od składu produktu, po zastosowaniu na dany produkt, odpowiednio dobranego wariantu 'paskalizacji' (HPP - High Pressure Preservation), czyli zastosowania konserwacji wysokociśnieniowej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje ponadto kompozycje/skład wytwarzanych naturalnych emolientów.The subject of the application is a method of producing natural emollients free from artificial preservatives, parabens, mineral oils, maintaining stability and microbiological safety; based on natural, fresh alfalfa sprouts, fresh clover sprouts, fresh celery, aloe juice combined with its pulp and using avocado fruit; with the addition of hyaluronic acids and sodium lactate, vitamin E and/or vitamin A; natural fragrance oils and dyes; such that: (1) - retain the qualities of fresh products for up to about 14 days when preserved with natural preservatives; (2) - retain the value of fresh products for a period of several months, depending on the product composition, after applying an appropriately selected variant of 'pascalization' (HPP - High Pressure Preservation) to a given product, i.e. the use of high-pressure preservation. The application also covers the compositions/composition of the natural emollients produced.
