Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania heterofazowych katalizatorów polimerowych z merami N-hydroksy-4-winyloftalimidowymi wbudowanymi w sieć polimerową, charakteryzujący się tym, że monomer funkcjonalny pełniący rolę prekursora merów N-hydroksy-4-winyloftalimidowymi w ilości od 10 do 90% mol. w stosunku do pozostałych monomerów poddaje się rodnikowej polimeryzacji sieciującej z monomerem diwinylowym, ewentualnie z dodatkiem innego hydrofobowego monomeru winylowego, a następnie w otrzymanym polimerze generuje się grupy N-hydroksyftalimidowe. Niniejsze zgłoszenie obejmuje też heterofazowy katalizator polimerowy z merami N-hydroksy-4-winyloftalimidowymi wbudowanymi w sieć polimerową posiadający wzór I: gdzie n wynosi od 0,1 do 0,9, I wynosi od 0,1 do 0,5, m wynosi od 0,1 do 0,9, przy czym zawartość merów N-hydroksy-4-winyloftalimidowych (NHPI) wynosi co najmniej 2 mmol NHPI /g polimeru.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining heterophasic polymer catalysts with N-hydroxy-4-vinylphthalimide mers embedded in a polymer network, characterized in that the functional monomer acting as a precursor of N-hydroxy-4-vinylphthalimide monomers in an amount of 10 to 90 mole%. relative to the remaining monomers, it undergoes radical cross-linking polymerization with a divinyl monomer, optionally with the addition of another hydrophobic vinyl monomer, and then N-hydroxyphthalimide groups are generated in the resulting polymer. The present application also includes a heterophasic polymer catalyst with N-hydroxy-4-vinylphthalimide mers embedded in the polymer network having formula I: where n is from 0.1 to 0.9, and is from 0.1 to 0.5, m is from 0.1 to 0.9, wherein the N-hydroxy-4-vinylphthalimide (NHPI) content is at least 2 mmol NHPI / g polymer.
