Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu organiczno-mineralnego wapniowego, z materiału sypkiego, w postaci błota posaturacyjnego, w drodze jego granulacji, z użyciem wodnego roztworu melasu, do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, z wykorzystaniem mączki kredowej. This method is based on the fact that as bulk material from which the fertilizer is made, post-saturation mud with a moisture content of up to 0.5 and grain size up to 2.5 mm is used, as well as chalk powder with a grain size up to 0.5 mm, first to a horizontal granulator drum with periodic work, post-saturation mud is introduced in such an amount that the ratio of the volume of introduced mud to the volume of the granulator drum is equal to 0.15 - 0.40, followed by granulation of mud at a rotational speed of the granulator drum of 10 - 25 rpm 4 - 10 minutes with simultaneous spraying of a granular bed with 10 - 70% aqueous molasses solution at a temperature of 10 - 50 ° C, introduced in the form of droplets with a diameter of up to 6 mm or in the form of a jet, at a pressure of 10 - 30 kPa in an amount of 100 - 230 parts by weight per 1000 parts by weight of the bed, then chalk flour in the amount of 150 - 700 parts by weight per 1000 parts is applied to the bed that flows into the drum. and by weight of the granulated bed in the drum and granulation continues for another 4 - 15 minutes, the aqueous molasses solution being introduced to the overflowing bed using a set of nozzles fixed axially, inside the granulator drum.
