Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu organiczno-wapniowego, z materiału sypkiego, w postaci błota posaturacyjnego, w drodze jego granulacji, z użyciem wodnego roztworu melasu do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, który polega tym, że jako materiał sypki, z którego wytwarza się nawóz stosuje się błoto posaturacyjne o wilgotności do 0,5 i o uziarnieniu do 2,5 mm, przy czym najpierw do poziomego granulatora bębnowego o pracy okresowej wprowadza się błoto posaturacyjne w takiej ilości, aby stosunek objętości wprowadzonego błota do objętości bębna granulatora był równy 0,15 - 0,40, po czym prowadzi się granulację błota przy szybkości obrotowej bębna granulatora 10 - 25 obrotów/minutę w czasie 4 - 10 minut z równoczesnym natryskiwaniem granulowanego złoża 10 - 70% wodnym roztworem melasu o temperaturze 10 - 50°C, wprowadzanym w postaci kropel o średnicy do 6 mm lub w postaci strugi, pod ciśnieniem 10 - 30 kPa w ilości 100 - 230 części wagowych na 1000 części wagowych złoża, następnie na przesypujące się w bębnie złoże nanosi porcję błota posaturacyjnego o uziarnieniu do 2,5 mm w ilości 150 - 700 części wagowych na 1000 części wagowych zgranulowanego złoża w bębnie i kontynuuje granulację w czasie kolejnych 4 - 15 minut, przy czym wodny roztwór melasu wprowadza się nad przesypujące się złoże za pomocą zestawu dysz umocowanych osiowo, wewnątrz bębna granulatora.The subject of the application is a method for the production of granulated organic-calcium fertilizer from loose material, in the form of post-saturation mud, by means of its granulation, using molasses aqueous solution for its moisturizing during granulation, which consists in the fact that as loose material from which the fertilizer is made post-saturation mud with a moisture content of up to 0.5 and grain size up to 2.5 mm is used, whereby first the horizontal drum granulator with periodic work is fed with post-saturation mud in such an amount that the ratio of the volume of introduced mud to the volume of the granulator drum is equal to 0.15 - 0.40, followed by granulation of mud at a rotational speed of the granulator drum of 10-25 rpm for 4-10 minutes with simultaneous spraying of the granulated bed with 10-70% aqueous molasses solution at 10-50 ° C, introduced in in the form of drops with a diameter of up to 6 mm or in the form of a stream at a pressure of 10 - 30 kPa in an amount of 1 00 - 230 parts by weight per 1000 parts by weight of the bed, then a portion of post-saturation mud with grain size up to 2.5 mm in the amount of 150 - 700 parts by weight per 1000 parts by weight of the granulated bed in the drum is applied to the bed that is crumbling in the drum and continues granulation during subsequent 4 - 15 minutes, with the aqueous molasses solution being introduced to the overflowing bed using a set of nozzles fixed axially, inside the granulator drum.
