Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wytwarzania biodegradowalnego nośnika działającego insektycydalnie w stosunku do pleśniakowca lśniącego Alphitobius diaperinus Panzer, który polega na tym, że w temperaturze otoczenia w czasie 0,5 - 2 min, miesza się składniki sypkie w ilości 60 - 70 części wagowych proszku skrobi ziemniaczanej i 1 - 5 części wagowych węglanu wapnia, po czym dodaje się 15 - 30 części wagowych propanu-1,2,3-triol o gęstości 1,26 g/cm3 oraz 1 - 10 części wagowych 5-izopropylo-2-metylofenolu o gęstości 0,976 g/cm3 lub 1 - 10 części wagowych (E)-1-metoksy-4-(prop-1-enylo)benzenu o gęstości 0,988 g/cm3, po czym całość miesza się w czasie 5 - 15 min przy szybkości obrotów mieszadeł w zakresie 60 - 120 obr/min, następnie tak otrzymaną mieszaninę wprowadza się do wytłaczarki ślimakowej z głowicą formującą i w zakresie temperatur 50 - 120°C wytłacza się wyroby.The subject of the application is the production of a biodegradable carrier that has an insecticidal effect on the shiny mold mycelium Alphitobius diaperinus Panzer, which consists in the fact that at ambient temperature for 0.5 - 2 min, loose ingredients are mixed in an amount of 60 - 70 parts by weight of potato starch powder and 1-5 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, followed by 15-30 parts by weight of propane-1,2,3-triol having a density of 1.26 g / cm3 and 1-10 parts by weight of 5-isopropyl-2-methylphenol with a density of 0.976 g / cm3 or 1-10 parts by weight of (E) -1-methoxy-4- (prop-1-enyl) benzene with a density of 0.988 g / cm3, after which the whole is mixed for 5 - 15 min at the speed of rotation of the stirrers in in the range of 60 - 120 rpm, then the mixture thus obtained is fed into a screw extruder with a forming head and the products are extruded in the temperature range of 50 - 120 ° C.
