Tuleja sprzęgłowa (9) od dołu zazębia się z wałem (8) silnika wolnoobrotowego (3) zawieszonego w urządzeniu na dolnym poziomie czopa skrętowego, a od góry połączona jest z listwą zabierakową (20), poprzez którą sprzęga się z pierścieniem centrującym (18), który związany jest trwale z płytą zawieszeniową (17) urządzenia oraz ustala na tej płycie jednoznaczne położenie czaszy kulistej (14) w osi czopa skrętowego. Listwa zabierakowa (20) ma co najmniej jeden zaokrąglony koniec współpracujący z rowkiem zabierakowym wykonanym w pierścieniu centrującym (18) i osadzona jest w ognisku przegubu kulowego czopa skrętowego wyznaczonego wspólnym środkiem kuli gniazda kulistego (6) i czaszy kulistej (14).
