Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania dyfuzora, zawierającego światłowód w postaci rdzenia w płaszczu osłonowym, obejmujący usuwanie płaszcza w części dystalnej światłowodu, znamienny tym, że na dystalną, odsłoniętą, pozbawioną płaszcza osłonowego, część rdzenia o długości od 1 do 3 cm nanosi się techniką zol-żel powłokę zawierającą co najmniej jedną warstwę koloidu na bazie kompozycji tetraetyloksysilanu Si(OC2H5)4 jako prekursora, zawierającej jako rozpuszczalnik wodę i alkohol etylowy, przy czym stosunek molowy tetraetyloksysilanu do alkoholu etylowego w kompozycji koloidu wynosi od 15 do 30, a ponadto na dystalnym końcu rdzenia, od strony czołowej rdzenia światłowodu, osadza się, bezpośrednio na rdzeniu, element blokujący przepływ światła, co najmniej częściowo nieprzepuszczalny dla światła wydostającego się w kierunku równoległym do osi rdzenia światłowodu, przy czym etap ten prowadzi się przed lub po nanoszeniu powłoki techniką zol-żel.
