Komponent farby drukarskiej, zawierający alkohol etylowy, kwas solny, charakteryzuje się tym, że w swym składzie posiada mikrosfery szklane pokryte tetraizopropoksytytanem i monomer sieciujący w skład, którego wchodzą kwas fumarowy lub bezwonnik maleinowy techniczny, 2,7-oktadienol i katalizator tetrabutoksytytan. Mikrosfery szklane mają rozmiar w przedziale 9 - 13 µm. Komponent, stanowi 1 - 2% jednego kilograma farby drukarskiej.The subject of the application is a component of the printing ink used for printing packaging and advertising materials on an offset machine, applicable in the printing industry. The printing ink component containing ethyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid is characterized by the fact that it has glass microspheres coated with tetraisopropoxytitane and a crosslinking monomer consisting of fumaric acid or technical maleic anhydride, 2,7-octadienol and a tetrabutoxythane catalyst. Glass microspheres have a size in the range of 9-13 µm. The component constitutes 1-2% of one kilogram of printing ink.
