Description

Opublikowano dnia 29 sierpnia 1959 r* POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr 42175 c09ds, iks KI. Mial kazeinowy z wapnem tworzac kazeinia- ny wapnia znacznie uplastycznia spoiwo i uod- parnia go na dzialanie wilgoci, zas dodatek mialu korkowego reguluje twardosc kitu i zwie¬ ksza jego elastycznosc, dzieki czemu kit wedlug wynalazku wykazuje duze podobienstwo do ki¬ tu pokostowego. PLPublished on August 29, 1959 * OF THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC PATENT DESCRIPTION No. 42175 c09ds, iks KI. , 22 i, 1 'Stefan Paprocki Warszawa, Poland Kit Patent has been in force since October 17, 1958 The subject of the invention is a material replacing a varnish putty. The hitherto known and used varnish putty is a relatively expensive material because of the necessity to use good quality varnish for its production, the finished putty being difficult to store in small amounts because it dries up. The putty according to the invention removes the present disadvantages, because for its production readily available and cheap raw materials are used, and by giving it the form of a powder, which, before use, is made into putty by adding water, it can be stored in a paper package or another for a long period of time, without loss of quality. According to the invention, KH consists of a mineral binder, e.g. cement, lime, gypsum, with the addition of casein fines with lime, and silica filler and cork fines. with lime, forming calcium caseinates significantly plasticizes the binder and makes it resistant to moisture, while the addition of cork fines regulates the hardness of the putty and increases its elasticity sc, so that the putty according to the invention shows a great similarity to the varnish stick. It has been found that the best properties are exhibited by a putty with the following composition: Casein fines Silica fines Hydraulic lime Cork fines 5 parts by weight 45 "43" »» »The putty according to the invention can be used as ordinary glazing putty and as a substitute for other putties, e.g. due to good adhesion to steel and concrete.
