Abstract
Instalacja jest wyposażona w instalację upłynniania powietrza z wielostopniowym układem chłodzenia, zbiornik do magazynowania fazy ciekłej, obwód recyrkulacji (14) fazy gazowej, oraz układ regazyfikacji fazy ciekłej z obwodem regazyfikacji (23) łączącym zbiornik magazynujący (15) z turbiną gazową (30) połączoną z generatorem energii elektrycznej. W skład instalacji upłynniania powietrza wchodzi pierwszy wielostrumieniowy wymiennik ciepła (9) z obiegami chłodniczymi połączonymi z innymi wymiennikami ciepła w układzie regazyfikacji. Moduł separacji tlenu składa się z kolumny destylacyjnej (18) połączonej przewodem dolotowym (17) z obwodem regazyfikacji (23) poprzez podzielnik strumienia (16) przyłączony do obwodu regazyfikacji (23) pomiędzy zbiornikiem magazynującym (15), a pierwszą pompą kriogeniczną (24), oraz poprzez pierwszy przewód wylotowy (48) strumienia gazu wzbogaconego w azot, przyłączony do obwodu regazyfikacji (23) pomiędzy pierwszą pompą kriogeniczną (24), a drugą pompą kriogeniczną (26) poprzez mieszalnik płynów (25), zaś drugi przewód wylotowy (19) strumienia gazu wzbogaconego w tlen jest połączony z odcinkiem wylotowym (22) modułu separacji tlenu poprzez trzecią pompę kriogeniczną (20) i końcowy wymiennik ciepła (21), który to wymiennik wchodzi w skład trzeciego obiegu chłodniczego (C) pierwszego wielostrumieniowego wymiennika ciepła (9) razem z połączonym z nim trzecim zbiornikiem czynnika zimnego (36) i trzecim zbiornikiem czynnika ciepłego (37). W skład pierwszego obiegu chłodniczego (B) pierwszego wielostrumieniowego wymiennika ciepła (9) wchodzi pierwszy wymiennik ciepła (27) układu regazyfikacji oraz pierwszy zbiornik czynnika zimnego (32) i pierwszy zbiornik czynnika ciepłego (33). W skład drugiego obiegu chłodniczego (D) pierwszego wielostrumieniowego wymiennika ciepła (9) wchodzi drugi wymiennik ciepła (28) układu regazyfikacji, oraz drugi zbiornik czynnika zimnego (34) i drugi zbiornik czynnika ciepłego (35). Trzeci wymiennik ciepła (29) układu regazyfikacji, do którego jest przyłączony czwarty zbiornik czynnika zimnego (39) i czwarty zbiornik czynnika ciepłego (38), wchodzi w skład instalacji chłodzącej (A) wielostopniowego układu chłodzenia.
