Abstract

The subject of the notification is a method for producing mineral-organic fertilizers based on sewage sludge, especially with prolonged action. The method of producing mineral-organic fertilizers based on sewage sludge, especially with prolonged action, consists of processing sewage sludge, after analyzing their chemical composition, content of hazardous components and admission, by conditioning with phosphorus compounds, resins, preferably formaldehyde, a mixture of mineral components, fillers , preferably with compounds of lime and dolomites, homogenisation by mixing, chemical and thermal hygienization, preferably with the addition of biologically active substances, after pelleting, it is enveloped, preferably with a polymer composition. Sewage sludge with a water content from 10% to 75% is homogenised with orthophosphoric acid, and then successively with urea-formaldehyde resin, mixed with additional components and fillers: acrylic linear polymer and / or supersorbent, in weight proportion: sewage sludge from 10 % to 75%, orthophosphoric acid in the amount of 30% to 60%, urea-formaldehyde resin from 10% to 60%, a mixture of mineral components: nitrogen N, phosphorus P, potassium K, magnesium Mg, calcium Ca, iron Fe, manganese Mn , zinc Zn, copper Cu, boron B and / or molybdenum Mo, in an amount of 5 to 50%, superabsorbent from 0.1 to 5%, biologically active substances from 0.1 to 1%, fillers and binders from 1% up to 10%, preferably in the form of uncrosslinked polyacrylic acid, after which it is thermally hygienized and granulated.
