Abstract
Urządzenie przemysłu tytoniowego do odrzutu wadliwych artykułów prętopodobnych z przepływu masowego artykułów prętopodobnych, zawierające sterownik (300), zespół monitorujący (100) dostosowany do optycznego określania parametrów geometrycznych artykułów prętopodobnych (R), oraz co najmniej jeden zespół odrzucający (200), dostosowany do usuwania artykułu prętopodobnego z przepływu masowego artykułów prętopodobnych, który to zespół jest umieszczony za zespołem monitorującym patrząc w kierunku przepływu masowego artykułów prętopodobnych (R). Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół monitorujący (100) ma rejestratory optyczne (101), rejestrujące obrazy przeciwnych powierzchni czołowych przepływu masowego artykułów prętopodobnych na przenośniku. Urządzenie zawiera sterownik (300), który na podstawie zarejestrowanych obrazów, stosując kryteria dotyczące parametrów geometrycznych przeciwnych powierzchni czołowych artykułów prętopodobnych (R), identyfikuje w przepływie masowym wadliwy artykuł prętopodobny (Rd), oraz określa położenie w przepływie masowym wadliwe artykuły prętopodobne (Rd), a zespół odrzucający zawiera co najmniej jeden element popychający dostosowany do odrzucania wadliwego artykułu prętopodobnego, zamocowany tak, że w czasie trwania odrzucania przesuwa się wraz z przepływem masowym w położeniu umożliwiającym wypchnięcie wadliwego artykułu prętopodobnego (Rd).Tobacco industry equipment for rejecting defective rod-like articles from the mass flow of rod-like articles, comprising a controller (300), monitoring unit (100) adapted to optically determine the geometrical parameters of rod-like articles (R), and at least one rejecting unit (200), adapted for removal a rod-like article from the mass flow of rod-like articles, which assembly is arranged behind the monitoring unit looking in the direction of the mass flow of rod-like articles (R). The device is characterized in that the monitoring unit (100) has optical recorders (101), recording images of opposite faces of mass flow of rod-like articles on a conveyor. The device includes a controller (300), which, based on the recorded images, applying criteria regarding the geometrical parameters of opposite faces of rod-like articles (R), identifies in a mass flow a defective rod-like article (Rd), and determines the position in the mass flow of defective rod-like articles (Rd) and the rejection assembly includes at least one pusher adapted to reject the defective rod-like article, mounted such that during the rejection time it moves with the mass flow in a position allowing the defective rod-like article (Rd) to be ejected.
