A device for generating foam for thermal insulation of partitions, especially in greenhouses, plastic tunnels and other constructions, containing a pipe in at least one chamber, in which the pipe has at least a single wall and equipped with at least one ballast, which is placed in inside the pipeline, it is limited by the inner walls of the pipeline and is attached to the bottom of the pipeline, and in the immediate vicinity of the ballast attachment place at least one gas outlet is located in the outer shell of the pipeline, and the ballast is limited by the internal walls of the pipeline and attached to the bottom of this duct, and the pipeline in the section not equipped with gas outlet openings is led outside the flexible one and is connected to the fan assembly.
