Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania granulek siarki z dodatkiem inhibitora wydzielania siarkowodoru, którym jest odpad po flotacji rudy miedzi, zmniejszający wyziewy siarkowodoru, a zawarta w granulce siarka zmniejsza ilość użytego asfaltu drogowego. Sulfur granules with the addition of an hydrogen sulfide release inhibitor are obtained in a two-shaft mixer with a volume of V 2 - 4 m3 heated with heating oil at a temperature of 125 ° C for 20 minutes at a rotational speed of 50 rpm. a liquid mass composed of 70-80% by weight of waste sulfur is mixed with 20-30% by weight of waste from copper ore flotation, the liquid content of the mixer is directed to granulation on a drum granulator, and then the formed granules fall onto a conveyor with water-cooled steel belt, which cool to solid form, and then pack it and deliver to producers of asphalt mixtures used in road construction for renovation and construction of roads as an addition to these mixtures, reducing the amount of used asphalt road as the amount of hydrogen sulfide released.
