Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest izolacyjny profil montażowy, który stanowi pianka. Pianka ta może być wykonana z dowolnego tworzywa sztucznego, najkorzystniej ze spienionego polipropylenu o strukturze komórkowej. Piankę, może stanowić nawet gąbka florystyczna, tj. z poliuretanu o krótkich łańcuchach, ale także styropian (miękki lub twardy), styrodur, poliuretanu najkorzystniej o gęstości od 15 kg/m2 do 450 kg/m2, spienione PVC lub inne tworzywo sztuczne, takie, jak: ABS, PE, PP, względnie sprasowane wióry drewna lub innego materiału połączonego z poliuretanem. Pianka pokryta jest warstwą żywicy, przykładowo żywicą epoksydową, mocznikową bądź PUR, a następnie obłożona warstwą włókna szklanego, węglowego.
