The fourth light-emitting diode cathode (D4) is connected to the second terminal of the second resistor (R2), the second terminal of the capacitor (C), the third-LED diode (D3) and the first terminal of the third resistor (R3), whose second terminal is connected to the terminal neutral first (Np1) and with neutral second tip (Np2).
