Емітер біполярного транзистора з'єднаний із другою клемою другого резистора, перша клема якого з'єднана із шиною живлення та першим виводом третього конденсатора, другий вивід якого з'єднаний із загальною шиною, також емітер біполярного транзистора з'єднаний із першим виводом четвертого конденсатора та з першим виводом п'ятого конденсатора, другий вивід четвертого конденсатора з'єднаний із загальною шиною, другий вивід п'ятого конденсатора з'єднано із анодом діода. Катод діода з'єднано із першим виводом шостого конденсатора, першим виводом третього резистора та з вихідною клемою.
