Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób termomechanicznego zagęszczania sklejki topolowej wielowarstwowej, polegający na ogrzewaniu sklejki topolowej, charakteryzujący się tym, że sklejka o wilgotności 5 - 15% poddawana jest prasowaniu pulsacyjnemu między półkami prasy, przy czym sklejkę topolową ogrzewa się do temperatury 70° - 105°C, a następnie prasuje w 2 - 3 cyklach pod ciśnieniem 5 - 20 MPa, redukując grubość sklejki do 25 - 50% jej pierwotnej grubości. Ponadto sklejka wielowarstwowa otrzymana sposobem według zgłoszenia charakteryzuje się odkształceniami względnymi od 50% - 75%.The subject of the application is a method of thermomechanical compaction of multilayer poplar plywood, consisting of heating poplar plywood, characterized by the fact that plywood with a moisture content of 5 - 15% is subjected to pulsing pressing between the shelves of the press, while the poplar plywood is heated to a temperature of 70 ° - 105 ° C and then irons in 2 - 3 cycles at a pressure of 5 - 20 MPa, reducing the thickness of the plywood to 25 - 50% of its original thickness. In addition, the multilayer plywood obtained by the method of the application has relative deformations from 50% - 75%.
