Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest reaktor do modyfikacji porowatych tworzyw polimerowych z zastosowaniem plazmy wyładowań elektrycznych w obecności bariery dielektrycznej, w którym w komorze wyładowczej (5) umieszczone są dwie elektrody: wysokonapięciowa (3) pokryta materiałem dielektrycznym (4) i niskonapięciowa, a przestrzeń między nimi tworzy szczelinę wyładowczą (6), charakteryzuje się tym, że elektroda niskonapięciowa jest przepuszczalna dla gazów i składa się z korpusu (9) i umieszczonej na nim warstwy porowatej (8), przy czym elektroda wysokonapięciowa (3) jest połączona z wlotem gazu (2), a elektroda niskonapięciowa jest połączona z wylotem gazu (10).The subject of the application is a reactor for the modification of porous polymer materials using an electric discharge plasma in the presence of a dielectric barrier, in which two electrodes are placed in the discharge chamber (5): high-voltage (3) covered with dielectric material (4) and low-voltage, and the space between them creates the discharge gap (6), characterized in that the low-voltage electrode is gas-permeable and consists of a body (9) and a porous layer (8) placed on it, with the high-voltage electrode (3) connected to the gas inlet (2) and the low voltage electrode is connected to the gas outlet (10).
