Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo de los procesos de producción de gases, especialmente, procesos de generacion de ozono para el tratamiento de aguas residuales industriales y aguas con cierto grado de tratamiento previo o potable mediante un dispositivo a escala milimétrica generador de ozono, el cual, está conformado por un contenedor que contiene un conjunto de eletrodos, un material difusor poroso con forma de disco, un sistema de alimentación de gases y un sistema de alimentacion eléctrica. Los electrodos (2) están conectados a una fuente de electricidad la cual proporciona el nivel de tensión eléctrica necesario para crear un campo eléctrico entre los electrodos. Dicho campo eléctrico es el requerido para iniciar y sostener una descarga eléctrica (plasma) en la cual un gas (oxígeno, aire) es transformado en ozono.The present invention relates to the field of gas production processes, especially ozone generation processes for the treatment of industrial wastewater and water with a certain degree of prior or potable treatment by means of a millimeter scale device generating ozone, the which is made up of a container that contains a set of electrodes, a porous diffuser material shaped like a disk, a gas supply system and an electrical supply system.
