Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał filtracyjny przeznaczony do filtracji, wentylacji i klimatyzacji powietrza, zwłaszcza do filtracji AGD, samochodowej, budowlanej i przemysłowej jest wytworzony na bazie co najmniej jednej warstwy filtracyjnej, zawierającej aktywne cząstki antybakteryjne lub grzybobójcze w postaci nanocząstek metali wybranych ze zbioru: (srebro, miedź, złoto, platyna, cynk, nikiel) lub w postaci nanocząstek dwutlenku tytanu lub w postaci soli miedzi. Warstwa filtracyjna jest z materiału tekstylnego, włókniny filtracyjnej, papieru filtracyjnego celulozowego lub z włókna szklanego lub gąbki z pianki poliuretanowej. Aktywne cząstki antybakteryjne lub grzybobójcze są umieszczone w całej masie materiału filtracyjnego albo na powierzchni materiału filtracyjnego lub w postaci antybakteryjnych lub grzybobójczych nanowłókien w warstwie filtracyjnej. Sole miedzi są w postaci siarczanu miedzi. Aktywne cząstki antybakteryjne lub grzybobójcze mogą być w postaci mieszaniny nanocząstek metali albo jednego lub kilku rodzajów nanocząstek metali, w mieszaninie z nanocząstkami dwutlenku tytanu i/lub solami miedzi. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania materiału filtracyjnego.The subject of the application is filtration material intended for filtration, ventilation and air conditioning of air, especially for household, automotive, construction and industrial filtration, it is made on the basis of at least one filtration layer containing active antibacterial or fungicidal particles in the form of metal nanoparticles selected from the collection: (silver , copper, gold, platinum, zinc, nickel) or in the form of titanium dioxide nanoparticles or in the form of copper salts. The filter layer is made of textile material, non-woven filter, cellulose filter paper or fiberglass or polyurethane foam sponge. Active antibacterial or fungicidal particles are placed in the whole mass of filter material either on the surface of the filter material or in the form of antibacterial or fungicidal nanofibers in the filtration layer. Copper salts are in the form of copper sulfate. Active antibacterial or fungicidal particles may be in the form of a mixture of metal nanoparticles or one or more types of metal nanoparticles, in a mixture with titanium dioxide nanoparticles and / or copper salts. The subject of the application is also a method of producing filter material.
