Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób sieciowania mieszaniny kauczuku chloroprenowego z kauczukiem butadienowo - styrenowym, w drodze ogrzewania tej mieszaniny z tlenkiem metalu oraz ze zmiękczaczem i ewentualnie napełniaczem aktywnym lub półaktywnym, w obecności kwasu Lewisa jako katalizatora powstającego z kauczuku chloroprenowego oraz tlenku metalu w temperaturze 433 K w czasie wynikającym z oznaczeń wulkametrycznych. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się 75 części wagowych kauczuku chloroprenowego na 25 części wagowych kauczuku butadienowo -styrenowego, zaś jako tlenek metalu stosuje się tlenek cyny(IV).The subject of the application is a method of crosslinking a mixture of chloroprene rubber with styrene butadiene rubber by heating this mixture with metal oxide and with a plasticizer and possibly an active or semi-active filler in the presence of Lewis acid as a catalyst formed from chloroprene rubber and metal oxide at 433 K in time resulting from vulcametric determinations. This method is characterized in that 75 parts by weight of chloroprene rubber are used per 25 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber and tin (IV) oxide is used as the metal oxide.
