Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania elastycznego członu z amortyzatorem, który obejmuje następujące etapy: dostarcza się nakładkę ochronną (1) w postaci spirali z periodycznie zmienną średnicą zewnętrzną nakładki ochronnej (1), dostarcza się elastyczny człon (2) o długości większej od długości nakładki ochronnej (1), nakładkę ochronną (1) umieszcza się na elastycznym członie (2), mocuje się pierwszy koniec nakładki ochronnej (1) do elastycznego członu (2) na jednej jego stronie, rozciąga się nakładkę ochronną (1) poprzez zastosowanie siły rozciągającej w celu jej wydłużenia, mocuje się drugi koniec nakładki ochronnej (1) do elastycznego członu (2), zachowując stan rozciągnięcia nakładki ochronnej (1) oraz zwalnia się siłę rozciągającą. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również elastyczny człon z amortyzatorem wytworzony tym sposobem.
