Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu jednorodnej karbonizacji i aktywacji materiałów organicznych oraz urządzenia do wysokoefektywnej jednorodnej karbonizacji i aktywacji materiałów organicznych. Zaproponowane rozwiązanie sposobu karbonizacji i aktywacji materiałów organicznych opiera się na oryginalnej konstrukcji indukcyjnego pieca obrotowego z umieszczonymi wewnątrz łopatkami mieszającymi (13) oraz kulami stalowymi (14) lub innymi elementami stalowymi mającymi właściwości toczne jak walce lub sferoidy, będących podobnie jak łopatki emiterami ciepła, ogrzewanego czterostrefowo indukcyjnie, wyposażonego także w system chłodzenia produktu finalnego, dyszę do podawania atmosfery obojętnej lub aktywatora, próżniową pompę rotacyjną do usuwania powietrza, gazów i par zabezpieczoną trójwarstwowym filtrem cząstek stałych i elektromembraną z plecionki stalowej, a także w śluzowe moduły załadowczy i wyładowczy, umożliwiające pracę ciągłą przy zachowaniu szczelności konstrukcji. Rozwiązanie to umożliwia jednorodną karbonizację oraz aktywację fizyczną i chemiczną materiałów o budowie niejednorodnej pochodzenia organicznego z wysoką efektywnością energetyczną i materiałową procesu oraz możliwością uzyskania produktu o jednakowych właściwościach w całej objętości wsadu.The invention relates to a method of homogeneous carbonization and activation of organic materials and to a device for highly effective homogeneous carbonization and activation of organic materials. The proposed solution for the method of carbonization and activation of organic materials is based on the original design of an induction rotary kiln with internal mixing blades (13) and steel balls (14) or other steel elements with rolling properties such as rollers or spheroids, which are like emitters of heat, heated four-zone inductively, also equipped with a final product cooling system, a nozzle for feeding an inert atmosphere or an activator, a vacuum rotary pump for removing air, gases and vapors protected by a three-layer particulate filter and electromembrane from steel braid, as well as sluice loading and unloading modules, enabling continuous operation while maintaining the tightness of the structure. This solution enables uniform carbonization and physical and chemical activation of materials of heterogeneous organic origin with high energy and material efficiency of the process as well as the possibility of obtaining a product with identical properties throughout the entire volume of the charge.
