Abstract

Sposób strojenia czujnika indukcyjnego do wykrywania obecności kół taboru szynowego, składającego się z układu generatora (G), obwodu rezonansowego (LC), układu detekcji, układu wzmacniacza (WW) oraz stopnia wyjściowego (ZP), polegający na tym, że w czujniku indukcyjnym (C) generuje się wewnętrzny sygnał oraz wyjściowy sygnał (Y), przy czym w wartościach wewnętrznego sygnału umieszcza się wartość referencyjną, którą wykorzystuje się do uzyskania w wyjściowym sygnale (Y) wartości referencyjnej, charakterystycznej dla sytuacji braku obecności koła nad czujnikiem indukcyjnym, charakteryzuje się tym, że dokonuje się strojenia podstawowego wartości wewnętrznego sygnału do poziomu referencyjnego poprzez ustawienie częstotliwości układu generatora (G), po czym okresowo dokonuje się strojenia dodatkowego, polegającego na tym, że w układzie wzmacniacza (WW) ustala się przynajmniej jeden wewnętrzny próg, według którego oddziela się duże zmiany wewnętrznego sygnału w stosunku do poziomu referencyjnego, spowodowane obecnością koła od zmian niedużych wewnętrznego sygnału w stosunku do poziomu referencyjnego, pochodzących od procesów starzenia się czujnika indukcyjnego oraz zmian środowiska jego pracy. Układ do strojenia czujników indukcyjnych do wykrywania obecności koła taboru szynowego charakteryzuje się według wynalazku tym, że w układzie generatora (G) umieszczony jest układ oscylatora o stałej pierwszej częstotliwości wyjściowej oraz układ ustawienia zmiennej częstotliwości wyjściowej na poziomie drugiej częstotliwości wyjściowej, który sterowany jest numerycznie poprzez wprowadzenie słowa binarnego, bądź napięciowo poprzez podanie sygnału napięciowego, przez jednostkę sterującą.The method of tuning the inductive sensor for detecting the presence of rolling stock wheels, consisting of a generator system (G), resonant circuit (LC), detection system, amplifier system (WW) and output stage (ZP), consisting in the induction sensor ( C) an internal signal and an output signal (Y) are generated, while the values of the internal signal include a reference value, which is used to obtain in the output signal (Y) a reference value, characteristic of the situation of the absence of the wheel above the inductive sensor, is characterized by by tuning the basic value of the internal signal to the reference level by setting the frequency of the generator system (G), followed by periodic additional tuning, where the amplifier system (WW) sets at least one internal threshold according to which large changes are separated internal signal relative to the reference level, caused by the presence of a wheel from small changes of the internal signal relative to the reference level, originating from the aging processes of the inductive sensor and changes in its working environment. The system for tuning inductive sensors for detecting the presence of a rolling stock wheel is characterized according to the invention in that the generator system (G) has an oscillator system with a constant first output frequency and a system for setting variable output frequency at the level of the second output frequency, which is controlled numerically by input of a binary word, or voltage by providing a voltage signal, by the control unit.
