Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania na zimno elementów głęboko tłoczonych z blach cienkich i tłocznik wielozabiegowy do wytwarzania na zimno elementów głęboko tłoczonych z blach cienkich, przeznaczony do wytwarzania elementów metalowych metodą obróbki plastycznej na zimno, używanych w szczególności w przemyśle samochodowym. Sposób polega na tym, że z arkusza blachy o grubości od 0,7 mm do 3 mm odkrawa się przygotówkę, którą tłoczy się w matrycy o zmiennej głębokości, z udziałem sterowanej poduszki dociskowej z naciskiem w zakresie od 50 kN do 600 kN i kalibruje z naciskiem w zakresie od 300 kN do 1150 kN, wytłoczone elementy dokrawa się i montuje elementy dodatkowe. Tłocznik wielozabiegowy charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy płytami zbiorczymi (Z) ma zamocowane: perforator (P), wykrojnik (W), ciągownik z kalibrownikiem (C), co najmniej jeden okrojnik (O) oraz co najmniej jedną stację montującą (S).The subject of the invention is a method for the cold production of deep-pressed thin sheet metal elements and a multi-step die for the production of cold-pressed deep-pressed metal sheet elements, intended for the production of metal elements by cold forming, used in particular in the automotive industry. The method is based on the fact that a sheet from 0.7 mm to 3 mm thick is cut off the specimen, which is pressed in a matrix of variable depth, using a controlled pressure pad with pressure in the range from 50 kN to 600 kN and calibrated with pressure in the range from 300 kN to 1150 kN, extruded elements are machined and additional elements are mounted. The multi-treatment press is characterized by the fact that between the collecting plates (Z): perforator (P), punch (W), tractor with calibrator (C), at least one trim (O) and at least one assembly station (S).
