Abstract
1. Способ холодной комбинированной вырубки, включающий вырубку с обжимкой детали в штампе, имеющем матрицу с закругленными режущими кромками, отличающийся тем, что в самом начале, на поверхности матрицы, вырубку детали ведут, например от 0,5 до 1, с зазора традиционной вырубки плюс зазор для чистовой вырубки для данной толщины и марки материала, затем полость матрицы плавно уменьшается по радиусу по мере закругления или завала кромок, до зазора чистовой вырубки, таким образом вырубаемая деталь на входе в матрицу вдавливается в уменьшающуюся по радиусу полость матрицы, в результате чего создается в очаге деформации схема неравномерного всестороннего сжатия для каждой конкретной толщины и марки материала, обеспечивающее качественный срез, при этом размеры завала или радиуса закругления режущей кромки определяют по таблицам для различных толщин и марок материала, представленных в учебниках и справочниках по холодной листовой штамповке. ! 2.
