Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania kopolimerów etylenu, który polega na tym, że proces kopolimeryzacji prowadzi się w warunkach beztlenowych, przepuszczając etylen przez bezwodny i odtleniony rozpuszczalnik aromatyczny, zawierający rozpuszczony w nim trialkenylosilseskwioksan, zbudowany z niecałkowicie skondensowanej klatki krzemowo - tlenowej, typu T4D3, zawierającej siedem podstawników niereaktywnych i trzy reaktywne podstawniki z końcowymi grupami alkenylowymi, w temperaturze 25 - 75°C, pod ciśnieniem etylenu 0,15 - 1 MPa, przez 15 - 120 minut, w obecności katalizatora metaloorganicznego z grupy metalocenowych lub postmetalocenowych oraz w obecności glinoorganicznego aktywatora, po czym zamyka się dopływ etylenu, ciśnienie w reaktorze redukuje się do ciśnienia atmosferycznego, a produkt kopolimeryzacji poddaje się oczyszczaniu.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining ethylene copolymers, which consists in the fact that the copolymerization process is carried out under anaerobic conditions, passing ethylene through an anhydrous and deoxygenated aromatic solvent, containing dissolved in it trialkenylsilsesquioxane, composed of an incompletely condensed silicon-oxygen cage, type T4D3 seven non-reactive substituents and three reactive substituents with terminal alkenyl groups at 25 - 75 ° C, ethylene pressure 0.15 - 1 MPa, for 15 - 120 minutes, in the presence of an organometallic catalyst from the metallocene or postmetallocene group and in the presence of an organo aluminum activator after which the ethylene supply is shut off, the reactor pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure, and the copolymerization product is purified.
