Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania zarodków krystalizacji w ciekłym aluminium i stopach aluminium, o temperaturze od 680 ÷ 750°C, poprzez rozbijanie większych cząstek na mniejsze, w pojemniku przelotowym, włączonym w technologiczny ciąg odlewniczy, w którym znajduje się zespół dwóch wirujących zestawów noży tnących do rozdrabniania dużych cząstek mikro i makro, przy czym proces odbywa się w sposób ciągły przy prędkości przepływu strugi metalu od 0,1 ÷ 20 cm/s i obrotach wirujących noży od 1000 ÷ 5000 obr/min. Urządzenie do wytwarzania zarodków krystalizacji w ciekłym aluminium i stopach aluminium składa się z co najmniej, dwóch zestawów wirujących (1 i 2) z nożami tnącymi (1.1 i 2.1), zamocowanych prostopadle do wałków pionowych, połączonych z wałkami silników elektrycznych (1.3 i 2.3), przy czym wałki z silnikami są pionowo zamocowane do płyty nośnej (3), przy czym płyta nałożona jest na zbiornik przepływowy (4) z dwoma kanałami.A method of producing nuclei of crystallization in liquid aluminum and aluminum alloys, at a temperature from 680 ÷ 750 ° C, by breaking larger particles into smaller ones, in a through container, connected to a technological foundry line, in which there is a set of two rotating sets of cutting knives for grinding large micro and macro particles, the process being carried out continuously at a metal stream velocity from 0.1 to 20 cm / s and the rotation of rotating knives from 1000 to 5000 rpm.
