Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie nowa postacia krzesla przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie jego elementów. Krzeslo dzieciece jest pokazane na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok w perspektywie z przodu i czesciowo z boku krzesla, fig. 2 - widok w perspektywie z tylu iczesciowo z boku krzesla z fig. 1, fig. 3 - widok w perspektywie z lewego boku krzesla z fig. 1, fig. 4 - widok jak na fig. 3 ale z prawego boku, fig. 5 - widok w perspektywie z góry krzesla z fig. 1, fig. 6 - widok w perspektywie z góry oparcia i pólki górnej krzesla z fig. 1. Jak to zostalo pokazane na fig. 1 i 2 krzeslo ma rozstawione w odstepie od siebie dwie pary nóg pomiedzy którymi u góry jest zamocowane podluzne oparcie 6 pleców dziecka, a u dolu sa zamocowane dwie poziome poprzeczki 7. Dwie przednie nogi 4 maja na wewnetrznych stronach rozstawione w odleglosci od siebie poziome rowki 5 stanowiace rozlaczne zamocowanie siedziska 2, pólki dolnej I i pólki górnej 3. Oparcie 6 ma na dwóch przeciwleglych koncach dwa pólkoliste otwory mieszczace konce ramion pólki górnej 3. Z przodu, posrodku krzesla jest zamocowany pasek zabezpieczajacy przed wypadnieciem dziecka. Siedzisko 2 i dolna pólka I moga byc rozlacznie rozmieszczone w odstepie od siebie na wysokosciach wyznaczonych przez odleglosci pomiedzy poziomymi rowkami 5. Podluzne oparcie 6 jest lekko wyprofilowane do tylu i ma lukowata, wypukla dolna i górna krawedz. Na fig. 3 pokazano, ze para nóg w widoku bocznym ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconej o 180° litery "V", przy czym przednia noga jest ustawiona pod bardziej rozwartym katem, a jej dolny koniec jest lekko cofniety do tylu. Na fig 4 widac, ze pólka górna 3 ma wewnetrzna i zewnetrzna krawedz w ksztalcie luku, a siedzisko 2 i pólka dolna I maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglona przednia i tylnia krawedzia. Na fig. 5 pokazano, ze w pólkolistych otworach oparcia 6 sa rozlacznie umieszczone konce pólki górnej 3, które od wewnetrznej strony maja zaciskowe grzbiety rowków, a na fig 6 pokazano pólke górna 3, która ma taki sam ksztalt wewnetrzny jak waska górna pólka ale z przodu ma poziomy blat dla umieszczenia na nim naczyn. The subject of the industrial design is a children's chair with a backrest with an opposing upper shelf to prevent falling, a seat, and a lower shelf for leg support with adjustable seat and lower shelf height. The industrial design is characterized by a new form of the chair, manifested in the shape and arrangement of its components. A children's chair is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a front and partly side perspective view of the chair, Fig. 2 - a back and partly side perspective view of the chair from Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - a left side perspective view of the chair from Fig. 1, Fig. 4 - a view as in Fig. 3 but from the right side, Fig. 5 - a top perspective view of the chair from Fig. 1, Fig. 6 - a top perspective view of the backrest and upper shelf of the chair from Fig. 1. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the chair has two pairs of legs spaced apart from each other, between which a longitudinal backrest 6 for the child's back is attached at the top, and two horizontal crossbars 7 are attached at the bottom. The two front legs 4 have horizontal grooves 5 spaced apart from each other on their inner sides, which constitute detachable attachment of the seat 2, the lower shelf I and the upper shelf 3. The backrest 6 has, at two opposite ends, two semicircular holes accommodating the ends of the arms of the upper shelf 3. At the front, in the middle of the chair, a strap is attached to prevent the child from falling out. The seat 2 and the lower shelf I can be detachably spaced apart at heights determined by the distances between the horizontal grooves 5. The longitudinal backrest 6 is slightly profiled towards the rear and has an arched, convex lower and upper edge. Fig. 3 shows that the pair of legs in a side view has a shape similar to the letter "V" inverted by 180°, with the front leg being set at a more obtuse angle and its lower end being slightly retracted towards the rear. Fig. 4 shows that the upper shelf 3 has an inner and outer arc-shaped edge, while the seat 2 and the lower shelf I have a shape close to a rectangle with rounded front and rear edges. Fig. 5 shows that the ends of the upper shelf 3 are detachably placed in the semicircular openings of the backrest 6, which have clamping grooves on the inner side, and Fig. 6 shows the upper shelf 3, which has the same inner shape as the narrow upper shelf but has a horizontal top at the front for placing dishes.
