System mocowania maty oborowej do podłoża, zawierający korzystnie betonowe moduły podłogi rusztowej, matę rusztową i elementy mocowania maty o podłoża, charakteryzuje się tym, że mata rusztowa (1) jest zamocowana do elementu podłogi rusztowej (2), korzystnie betonowej, za pomocą umieszczonych w podłużnych gniazdach (21) podłogi rusztowej (2) rozprężnych elementów mocujących (3), których talerzowe podkładki wraz ze śrubami ścigającymi są umieszczone w szczelinach (11) maty rusztowej (1), przy czym w odpowiadających szczelinom (11) gniazdach (21) podłogi rusztowej (2), usytuowane są rozprężne kostki zabezpieczone od dołu płytkami z gwintowanym otworem.
